Munera.io Overview

Munera.io is a fantasy-themed .io game found online. As with nearly all .io games, you can play munera.io within your browser. No downloads are necessary. Also, you do not have to register to play. Just give your avatar a nickname, choose a class, and get started.

This game is a great nod to many classic arcade and computer games from the early 80s. The characters, map, and items are all in 8 bit. Even the hack and slash animations are simplified as you combat npc monsters and other players throughout the map. Overall, we enjoyed the graphics (as we mentioned), the variety of classes you can play, and the gameplay that transits you back to a more modest time in the gaming world. Take munera.io out for a spell the next time you are online!

Munera.io Strategy

The best munera.io strategy would probably be to pick a class that allows you to fire on enemies from a distance. In this case, the mage class and archer class fall in that category. The drawback to these classes is that you forfeit your distance advantage for some lower strength and hit points. However, the ability to strike from farther away outweighs these flaws. Another strategy or tip is to take some time to understand how the fog of war works. For those not aware, this feature essentially blacks out anything on the map that is not in direct line of vision from your character. Therefore, you are unaware if an enemy is right around the corner. It really does not inhibit gameplay. Rather, it is just something to get used to. Good luck out there!

The munera.io controls are very easy to get a handle on. All controls are mouse based. Therefore, the ideal set up for this game would be a desktop with a detached mouse. However, the transition to laptop or mobile should not be too difficult. As far as movement, your character moves in the same direction you move your mouse. To attack, click to left mouse button. Like we said, the munera.io controls are very easy to master!
