Soccerball.io is a sport themed .io game found online. As you might guess, you are playing one on one soccer against opponents. Your goal is simply to score the most points in a given amount of time. This is easier said than done because you opponent is constantly trying to steal your ball from you. Additionally, when you do have possession of the ball, it spins in your around you. Therefore, when you shoot, it shoot at an angle from your body rather than in the direction that you want. These factors make scoring much, much trickier! However, despite its basic graphics and slightly weird game mechanics, we found ourselves playing round after round, trying to score on our opponent! The basic soccerball.io strategy is to keep possession of the ball at all times. This will give you the best chance to score, of course. However, remember that the other player can steal your ball if they get too close to you. Another basic strategy is to shoot the ball across the field to distract the other player. They will want to focus on you and may not realize that you shot the ball down the field closer to their goal. Lastly, and most importantly, master how the ball shoots. As we mentioned above, soccerball.io spins that ball around you when it is in your possession. Think of it similar to a satellite orbiting earth. In much that same way, if you were to suddenly push a satellite into space, it would take into account the gravitational pull in its projection. The ball in the game works in a similar fashion. It will not just shoot straight across to your goal. You have to time it properly to make a goal!
