Oib.io Overview
Oib.io is a fun and unique .io game found online. It can be played directly within your browser, no downloading or registration required. The concept behind this game is unique to many other .io games we have tried out. You start as a blob and your goal is to grow your army. You do this by spawning new units, consolidating them, then consuming them! This grows your queen out as well as larger units to take on enemies around you. Overall, we found the unique gameplay a little tricky to handle (initially), but once we got the hang of it, it proved to be quite fun, amassing, well, mass, to easily take out the bad guys. Try it out when you have a chance!
Oib.io Strategy
The best oib.io strategy is to spawn the maximum amount of units you can at a time, then consumed them. Keep in mind that the smaller units begin to break down while sitting idle, so be sure to consume them before they do! Consuming these units will allow you to level up and create more units as well as grow larger to defend against enemies. Aside from this, it is also a good idea to create a few larger independent units to serve as bodyguards for the queen. Do this by spawning units, selecting them to move away from the queen, and then consolidate them into a larger unit. Use these strategies to win!
Oib.io Controls
Oib.io controls use a combination of both the keyboard and mouse for gameplay. Remember this when choose which device to play this game from. You can select units with the left mouse button. Once selected, you can move your units with the right mouse button. You can also click and drag to select multiple units to move. Keep in mind that if you need to move beyond your immediate map, you must move over using the arrow keys. Aside from this movement, you will use the keyboard to create new units, split and consolidate units, and to feed the queen. You will use the 1-4 number keys to perform these tasks. Use these controls to dominate in oib.io!
