Krew.io is a fun pirate themed .io game found online. As with many .io games, krew.io is played online via browser. Because of this, no download is required to play. Additionally, there is no need to sign up. Simply enter a name to get started. In krew.io, you play as a little pirate. Actually, the pirate look very similar to minions! You start out on a stranded island with other pirates. You are manned with either a cannon or hook device. Around the island are ships that you can man with other players (aka krew) to invade and plunder the neighboring islands and kill their inhabitants. Overall, we found krew.io to be fun for it's cute graphics, 3d gameplay, and possibilities to work as a team to take out the enemies! The krew.io strategy is a simple one. You must work as a team to reach the other islands above all else. If you decide to board a ship on your own, you can navigate, but you cannot fire upon other vessels or players while doing so. It is a bit of a flaw in gameplay, but at the same time, it allows you to work as a team. Keep this in mind while playing! 

The krew.io controls are pretty simple. You can move around the map with the w,a,s, and d keys. Once on the ship, you can sail with the mouse cursor and shoot your cannon with the left mouse button. Enjoy the high seas!
